CNN just announced that President Bush will speak at 4:30. That's all they said. Didn't sound like it was previously scheduled.

Read the article in breaking news. Says they are seeking 2nd resolution - Britain is drafting it - stating that Iraq is in "further material breach" and that serious consequences are set to be received by Iraq or some such nonsense. Predicts it will pass before the end of the month.

I read in my hometown newspaper this morning that all National Guard units have been called up in the valley where I live. All except for one unit, and the only reason they weren't called up was because they just returned from Afghanistan in late October.

I think that he is going to announce that Saddam will be leaving Iraq. He has purchased a nice bungalow in an exclusive part of Beverly Hills. The U.S. will be facilitating the move and transition of the new Iraqi government.
