Wow! Excellent point. I'm curious, how much life insurance did Scott have on Laci and what are the terms of payment? If she never returns or her body is never found, does he still get the proceeds?

We know of one life insurance policy for @$250g; I wonder if there was more than one policy.

One report said she had been a substitute teacher prior to her pregnancy; would she be eligible for any benefits, such as unemployment or disability checks? If so, are the proceeds of any benefits being used by Scott? Could any checks be directly deposited to a bank account?

I know car dealerships want to move cars, but how the heck did Scott qualify for this truck purchase, when he is currently not working?

In Scott's wildest dreams, I don't imagine he ever thought this case would generate this much nationwide public scrutiny...

Only in a few years after he would have he declared legally dead. Don't know how many but there is a waiting period.
