Yes, was reported yesterday. I was at work when i found the log-in for the T/C, I didn't go back to yesterday to see what was first reported.

This case is like watching a major collision in the fog in slow motion on a highway. You just know there's going to be another hit any second, and you're just waiting and watching.

I didn't think that would be him, he loves himself too much to endanger himself..Besides I think Scotty is in a south of the border state of mind right now.

Not to prolong the subject but....: )
At 7:40am would they refer to previously reported accident at 2:26am as an "old" accident? Thanks.

So they found the truck over the cliff while investigating a different accident? This is all the same accident, the 3rd watch didn't inform the day watch of the previous accident, then it was re-reported again. I'm not at work now so can't confirm actually what happend.

At 7:40am would they refer to previously reported accident at 2:26am as an "old" accident? Thanks. This is dispatch's way of letting the officer know that it has already been reported. She used the term "old" so their is no speculation on the officer's part that their might be someone still inside the vehicle.

The immediate thought that came to my mind is how could he sell the car? If it is in her name or both their names she would have to sign the pink slip {ownership papers in Calif}. Same for the house. I do not think my wife would let me buy assets like a car or house and not put in both our names.
To: jdontom
Thanks, it was a shot in the dark.
To: Rheo
Rheo...me thinks they both called...:-)

Wow, that's one big dude! Only saw him from the waist up on one of the shows last week.

"One of my friends was due on Halloween, and she was DETERMINED not to have a Halloween baby..."
They come when THEY want, don't they? My last child was due March 26th but, par for the course, was overdue. The ONLY day I didn't want to have her was April Fool's Day and sure enough, that's the day she picked! Somehow they know....

The way SP is self-destructing you would think a big time lawyer wanting a high profile case like this would bail him out by now. Funny how nobody is. Maybe even low life lawyers have a moral bar and murdering a pregnant woman falls under it.

So Scottie plunged to his death at Devil's Slide? Wouldn't that be rich with irony.
To: Lanza
Very good thought! Not to mention, if anyone working Scott's tip line were to divert a valid, useful tip, I think I'd just scream!
Could the police get a warrant to tap this special Peterson tip line? I hope so. That way they would be assured of getting ALL the tips.

Appreciate this info, RGS.
Is there really any chance that this pick-up that went over the cliff is related to the Peterson case? I am trying to figure how or why.
Anyway, interesting information.
