I wonder if the label of "axis" isn't taking on more meaning before our eyes?

It sure seems to be unfolding that way. Those stated "axis" do not exist in a vaccum, so the words had to be directed to a much wider audience.

The reaction of the nations to the usage of the term certainly are exposing themselves. Showing who is for us and who is against us.
