Interestingly enough, I only got out of the kitchen long enough to hear that same quote during his speech, but I expected to see it on FR in it's entirety when I got home tonight.
For me it was like him "preaching to the choir".
Did Colin Powell even bother to mention the part about Hussein paying the families of suicide-bombers?
