Another caveat! (not "Dick Caveat!") for those that want to find it in Japanese with the link instructions (but are trying to do this without Japanese comprehension or Japanese character fonts).
Note: The Fuji page (www.fujitv.co.jp) is updated and layout is shifted around sometimes almost every 10 or so minutes. So where I initially in the thread said it might be on that page, well, that may well change!
The key here is to find the dispatch filed by Fuji today at 23:39 (in brackets) on that page. That will take you to the story in Japanese with the same photo of the internal DPRK docs. Keep looking for that 23:39. I also think there was a video stream of this report, too.
