As you have already considered, this is clearly an obstructionist tactic, aimed at somehow achieving political gain, which is overtly dishonest and deceitful in trying to influence public opinion. What will these people say when we whip their asses and put all these illegal weapons on public display? Larry Elder (radio talk show host) has just reminded us all that it was in 1998 that Madelaine Albright said that removal of Saddam from power was the ultimate goal, giving him a pretext to expel the inspectors. Democrats were quite happy with "regime change" as a goal in Iraq back in '98.
