What was that he just said about the surveillance photo - something like the inspectors coming in the front while they were evacuating bad stuff out the back? And they had photos of it!

Powell says Iraq being tipped off about where inspectors are going. Cleaning out(pictures) right before inspectors get there. (Last time, it was France).
