It seems that during the 2000 election aftermath, Estrada wrote one of the legal documents which was put before USSC. Yep ... you got it - this whole thing is RETRIBUTION for Estrada's action.

Well, where is the outrage from the Hispanic Caucus in Congress? Where's letters of outrage from LULAC in the NYT and the Wash. Post? Why are they not screaming from the hilltops that one of their own is being descriminated against by a bunch of rich white men and women in D.C.? Oh wait I forgot, Estrada is a Republican. Never mind.
