Ritter is currently in Japan, trying to stir up anti-American sentiment. Said when we attack Iraq, before the end of the month, tha No Korea will take advantage of our military being engaged and will strike Japan. Speculated about the level of nuclear destruction in Tokyo. What an unspeakable low life.

Hmm. Could this be an embedded threat to Scotty boy? Meaning that he is still around because Saddam, thus far, has chosen not to do him in? Meaning Scotty is lucky to be alive? Meaning Saddam has the goods on Ritter, just as speculated?
Really, why would MOAC (mother of all combovers) say Ritter "is still happily around"?
