If Bush knew what? What was the point of Brian Williams' question?
If Bush knew this stuff about Saddam, which of course Powell said this is a pattern of the last decade, does Brian think Bush should have preemptively struck Iraq pre 9/11, but now, post 9/11, Bush doesn't have enough evidence?
