Dianne Feinstein: Powell made an argument that Iraq is a threat to its neighbors and probably a threat to the US!

Feinstein said she hates to say it, but that Powell in fact made a very good case that further inspections are basically useless due to evidence of their subterfuge.

She states the UN must enforce their resolution or they in fact will be irrelevant.
