trying to say everybody thinks Security council is VERRRRY important
china welcomes US move to provide this evidence to UN
they want various parties to hand over evidence to unmovic and IAEA--to help them with their inspections (gag)
inspections going on for over 2 months---it is there view they aren't in position to draw conclusion and should continue and we should support that (gag)
