Shep, I can stomach. I have seen some interviews where he has ripped people apart. He may be goofy, but I think he is a good American.
Secretary Powell is a fine man, an excellent public servant, and serves the President. I support his DIPLOMATIC position, which is only one arm of the tools we have at our disposal.
I consider myself a patriot, and so is Secretary Powell. Give him a chance. All is not what the New York Times portrays.
