I hope he sends the gun back and tells them to fix it themselves.
Better yet, maybe they'll buy the rifle back from the LAPD (wouldn't that be a hoot...a reverse "buy back"), repair it and sell it to a patriot in another state. If I had the means I'd love to buy the "liberated" rifle.
