I understand the new Euro-trash military establishment led by France wants 3 new aircraft carriers to appear more like a military power.
Sounds to me like they really are doing the same thing that N. Korea and Saddam are currently doing.

My guess is that the EU will develop its military power. Someday, it may even be dominant.
