If Al-queda has been crippled then removing Iraq may be the turning point in the war. If they have NOT been crippled, then we are still merely moving into the middle phase.
Saudi claims that if we weren't so quick to grant terrorists asylum, that 9-11 would never have happened, as they are a bit less... delicate... in their treatment of political prisoners. Perhaps they're right.

There will always be more 'dumb bombs' (I don't like suicide or homicide bomber) but they need money to be a threat.
