They're all shameless publicity hounds....Sen Nelson is really an ass...he's been all OVER the nets..the guy hasn't slept in 3 days, I think....all because he once rode the shuttle...guess this means that if Graham drops out of the Dem presidential race, he'll run himself....also, look for the dems to resurrect JOhn Glenn in Ohio to run again for the sdenate in 2004..

I would like to know just where Bill Nelson was when the budget ax was falling on NASA? Did he openly voice his opposition? Did he offer any amendments to the appropriations bills on the floor or in conference? Did he sponsor supplimental appropriation? If not he should be called on this and slapped down.

IMHO, Nelson road his "star status" to Washington then failed to produce for Florida. He turned his back on the organization that gave him his day in the sun. I hope the good people of Florida now see him for the liberal fraud he is.
