Crampton's Gap has to come close where 2000 Union cavalrymen held of 26,000 troops under Longstreet for 6 hours. No warships, though.

A strong stand, but one that was eventually broken. Estimates I've seen say 3-4 hours instead of 6. In contrast, Sabine Pass actually sent the invading yankees into a full retreat to New Orleans. They abandoned the expedition because of it.

Perhaps, but in neither case did the battle have a strategic impact on the outcome of the war. Galveston remained blockaded and Lee reached Sharpsburg.
