I have enjoyed listening to Rush since 1988 when he was only on a few stations. I could only listen on the internet

I've listened to Rush since 1988 because one of the first stations he was on was KFI. I was not aware that there was streaming audio over the internet in 1988, nor household access to it. As I recall, the internet basically was reliable, fast email and anonymous FTP then.

I believe, if I remember correctly, it was a Compuserve forum that carried it. I was directed there from a another user. It was in the early 1990's that a local station began to carry the show.
