Does it sound to you like they've been professional, vigilant, whatever you want to call it.
IN other words, they haven't been LAZY as some on here have said.
NASA gets a lot of bashing about its inefficiency, but it's really bloated in management. The grunts at the lower levels do tend to work hard and vigilantly.
