I don't understand it either. While I believe entertainers have the right, as we all do, to speak their minds on their political views (as long as they can take the heat) I do not understand why a network would boldly insult 1/2 of the American public.

Television is a moral-liberal industry, and as such they are out of tune with the average American. Certainly they are doing horrid damage to our culture, but image how this all plays overseas. The world's youth all want to emulate Americans and be like Americans and think like Americans, and there's Ted Dansen handing out condoms, and everyone believes that is the portrayal of America, but it is only a portrayal of moral-liberal America.
