One problem, as I see it, is that many blacks have a financial incentive to keep racism alive, preferably against themselves, but often directed toward other races.
That's not true of other races, and until that is acknowledged openly, the problem will continue.
I think that things have gotten so bad that whites are put in a position that they can never prove adequately they are NOT racist. The logical conclusion to that situation is they might as well BECOME racist.
They are called Poverty Profiteers... Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton, chief among them, in my opinion.
