Somebody at CPAC was saying this? Do you mean they were actually pushing such a story themselves, as opposed to repeating something that was said in the Arab press?

Yes. A few of those people, during the news that came in, went around talking to their "buddies", saying that Israel did this. I was listening in and one of them said he is conducting a private conversation which was none of my business. I asked who is saying this and he said that it was his opinion.
