...is thousands of Mexicans who care nothing about our traditions and culture, and only want to impose their way on us. That's not immigration, that is invasion.

What traditions are the author talking about? Ebonics, reparations, silly-assed kwanzaa? Getting into a university just because you're black? The author has a hard sell here.

I do agree with him - we have a deadly serious illegal immigration problem. Deporting ALL illegal aliens should be the number one priority of the governemnt, even ahead of taking care of iraq. Illegal aliens, most of which are mexicans, are taking FAR, FAR more than they produce. They get free medical care at the local hospital er. Their kids get free education. They get welfare. The state with the most of them, california, is the state that has the highest budget deficit. They take jobs that citizens should have, ESPECIALLY WHEN THESE CITIZENS ARE LOSING THEIR JOBS IN A RECESSION!

How's about the time-honored tradition of not keeping friggin' chickens in yer front yard...

It is an odd construct ('our traditions & culture), isn't it? Like you, I wondered if he was waxing on about his family's lengthy history of creating cop-killing rap music.

The black person in America today has no idea where their ancestors hailed from on that very large continent. And traditions/culture of one tribe in Africa varies wildly to another. And, of course, even if a black man/woman in this country could trace his/herself to one region, visiting those there would be problematic. They would be looked upon with great distrust...and in certain remote places, be in grave danger.
