Me, I like to dream that if I can't go exploring space then maybe my descendants can. It will be a long wait for your descendants if all we continue to do is research fungus growth in zero gravity and do other worthless science experiments because we can, not because there is a need. We should do something at least a little more meaningful like go to Mars.
