He looks NUMB! Just like I was this morn! I still can't believe that on top of 9-11, the world hating us, UN putting up brick walls against us going to disarm the EVIL ONE, AND now this! HOW MUCH MORE CAN this mere mortal bear?! DEAR GOD, I know there is a reason for this, BUT PLEASE Lord show us WHY?!! We need to come gether in UNITY like never before. PLEASE pray for our W and the families!

"We picture death as coming to destroy; let us rather picture Christ as coming to save. We think of death as an ending; let us rather think of life as a beginning, and that more abundantly. We think of losing; let us think of gaining. We think of parting; let us think of meeting. We think of going away; let us think of arriving. And as the voice of death whispers, 'You must go from earth,' let us hear the voice of Christ saying, 'You are but coming to me.'" (Norman Macleod)

Thank you for these pictures. I have listened on and off throughout the day of the coverage on TV, but didn't cry till now. Seeing these pictures just told me how burdened this man is. It just really pisses me off that he is cleaning up the crap from the 8yrs before he took office that blew up in our faces 9-11. If he didn't have the this crap clinton ignored for 8yrs, he wouldn't of looked soo soo tired today. This just adds to it.

And of course WE are all so glad that he is our President at this point in our lives with all that is happening, but at the same time I feel selfish and guilty that I want him there. As we all go to church tomarrow, if you talk to your pastor, priest etc.. before the service, please we must all remind them to ask for not only a moment of silence for the 7 but also a moment to pray for our President. It has been said that it gives him strength knowing people pray for him. thanks rintense and all for listening to my rant..... and thanks for posting these pictures tonight and everynight.

Hi rintense, Wonderful pictures. As I look at them I see a decent, caring and a man not afraid to show his emotions and I wonder why people in this country despise him. Why is that? He has the toughest job of any President since the Challenger disaster. Since this is a NASA city, a memorial service was held at our Civic Center. Jan and I got to go but dr was out of town on a business trip. He knew all of the Challenger crew so it was a very sad time at this house and more so since he knew them. I can not get over how some dems are saying this was President Bush's fault. I was watching CSPAN yesterday and lots of kids were calling in to express their sorrow at what had happened. A man called in to tell them not to lose their hope in their future. You know, I am a history person and I know that disasters have happened all though our past. The Donner Party disaster in the mountains out west, all the trouble during the time of exploration of the west. All of these troubles did not stop exploraton because they believed in this country. Just imagine what this country would have been like if they had said, "Enough is enough." Am I saying all of this correctly? We can not stop space exploration because of a few disasters. Who knows what we will learn in space that will benefit all people? Enough of my soapbox!!!
