Nukes don't leave casings, fragments, or other forensic evidence.

Actually, they do--only a very tiny fraction of the total warhead mass (less than 1%) gets turned into energy, the rest gets evaporated and becomes fallout downwind. You can ID whodunit by the fallout.

OK, we throw a few of thos "made in China" wrenches from WalMart into the warhead casing. When they vaporise it will confuse the world. :)
