TOL, what I heard him say was that they didnt have the ability to space-walk under the ship AND REPAIR TILES.

That was totally non-responsive to the question.

Did Nasa consider a space-walk? He never said yes or no. I don't care if they can repair tiles or not. What I do care about is whether or not they adequately investigated the damage potentially caused during launch.

Does this guy think we are going to believe that the shuttle crew does not have the ability to put on a space-suit, and walk out to the wing to look at it?
