A timely indictment of the governor would nicely complement the recall effort.Unfortunately, it isn't yet a criminal act to be Gray Davis, although I'd certainly support a law to that effect.
It is common knowledge that Gray Davis' influence brought in $78 million in "Pay to Play" campaign contributions.
Put me on the bribery trial jury and ... guess how I'd vote.
