Well, I have been on the road all day and just got back from Titusville, was hoping to watch it land. The mood is very somber in the entire city.
My daughter and I were on the way to Crab Orchard to help a friend move when dad called me on the cell phone to tell me. Had to pull off the interstate to explain to her what happened. We went ahead and helped move Rick and his wife, but it was a somber day.
I think what really got me was to see that Nasa's Columbia mission page (
