While drilling in ANWR is a logical move in my opinion, it's not going to lower the price of gas anytime soon, as you might think. In fact, it will take years for the oil to be processed, refined and even longer for it to enter the U.S. oil market.

maybe it won't have an immediate effect on gas prices, but a helluva lot of Americans and American Companies will have jobs that will help them, their families and the economy.
