I don't think that people this stupid think clearly enough to conceive of something like that.
Oh, I dunno. Liberals are stupid, but can be crafty. Back in the day when I was a deputy I met some really dumb people who did some really creative things (What was sad though is met some homeless alcholics who used to commit crime just to get arrested and get some free meals and a warm place to sleep. One guy, named Willie, used to do things like go into kmart and urinate on the floor and refuse to leave. He would be out in a few days. I saw him monthly)
