That was a freeper who said that.....and the family member did not want to contact LE as they didn't want to get involved or something.

I think you were correct about there being no bankrupcy, there has been no verified listing. Also, about country club. My best friend used to date the owner's son of one of the bigger golf courses in Modesto. I just cannot imagine there being a $25,000 a year tab on it, no way. In fact I would in no way describe it as a country club...
