Don't take this wrong but shouldn't she be charged with raping a minor?

SO sorry - how awful to almost observe a killing in progress.

I've read a lot of discussion forums. Many parents of both girls and boys say without hesitation they would use extreme pressure tactics to force their daughter or their son's girlfriend to have an abortion. That's America today (and for that matter, human selfishness goes back a long, long time so there's nothing unique about today really).

Good point if I was the parents of the daughter I would prosecute her for sexual assault if she insists on going through with killing a baby.

See if the time in jail cools her down a bit..

In most states there has to be at least a 3 year age difference. Obviously laws vary though.
