You're right on about France and Germany having their fingerprints all over the WMD proliferation in Iraq. This really needs to be handled in a very delicate, diplomatic way. GWB is just the man to do it. He won't make them look like lying, traitorous weasels publicly - not his style. But he will get what he wants from them - or else. Strategery !! It's a good thing.
