Being pro or con in regard to attacking Iraq is hardly a democrat vs republican issue

I hope 77% approve the war when it comes to them in whatever morph comes next.I can think of about 3,000 souls who would almost certainly approve had they not had their lives snuffed out in Manhattan on September 11, 2001. They died because the previous Commander in Chief (or should I say "Grand Pervert") lacked the skill and fortitude to make the decisions that President Bush is making now. Bush is preventing ten 9/11s, snuffing them out at the bud stage.

I trust no one who says Islam is a religion of peace and prays in a mosque like Bush or the Pope.
My niece is in the Marines, deployed to Kuwait, to protect your ass as generations of her family have done before her. I expect no apology from you, sir, but someday I may demand satisfaction.

Some posters at DU proudly pointed out that he was the only Dem who didn't stand even once to applaud the President.
Of course he didn't stand. He couldn't lift that sagging mound of trout belly white whale blubber off the chair.

Did he bitch-slap her for announcing that information?I'm not up-to-date on the latest slang. Does the "bitch" in bitch-slap refer to the person doing the slapping or the person being slapped?

If the President has evidence clearly linking Iraq to Al Qaeda, he should go to Congress and ask for a formal declaration of war. Put them all on record once and for all!

"If the President has evidence clearly linking Iraq to Al Qaeda, he should go to Congress and ask for a formal declaration of war. Put them all on record once and for all!" They're on record. And the resolution already empowers the President to extend military action to any country known to be harboring terrorists.
No further Congressional action is needed.

It's easy to attack me, you have no knowledge of the depths of my love of Liberty. I'm used to the abuse though, it is the noise emenating from small minds. Truth often sounds like madness to the ignorant, but then, ignorance is bliss, right?

I agree. However, Bush has made a critical error in attacking Iraq before SA. That is my contention.
