All I know for certain is Souter was
the one Justice who attended last year
(this according to Susan Swain tonight
on C-Span),

AND...

the Justice I saw this time was NOT
Souter, but it was Stephen Breyer, a
Clinton appointee. His other pick was
Ruth Bader Ginzburg.
