From the looks on the guys at Fox breaking the story, the content was what the shocker was.
And yes, FOX has got the option to turn down the money!

I don't have a problem with FOX running the ads. They get to make a buck and we get to have another example of these people making fools out of themselves. It sounds like a win-win situation to me.
We saw similar outcries during the China spy plane incident when W first took office. The left continued to tell everyone how horrible it would turn out. A few Democrats even offered to "bail" Bush out of the predicament. Oops. Big mistake. Bush came away with a win and all those do-good Democrats had egg on their faces.
Bush has given the congressional leadership briefings on what is probably going to happen, and today he briefed press leaders. If they then come out opposite, which I have no doubt many will, the public will, again, see the left for what it is.
