From our nation´s founding until late in the last century, most of our immigrants arrived here from Europe. They built a strong and free America. That was then, this is now. European-Americans have become a minority in California, and will soon become a minority in Texas and someday in all of America.
The immigration focus for years has been on “people of color” to impose “diversity” on the people of the United States. Few Americans have a problem with allowing in people of any color, religion, or national origin if they can benefit our great nation or accompany a spouse or parent. (My wife is a “person of color” born and raised a citizen of another country, and she has been a better American than I for twenty-five years.) When we skew our immigration policy toward one kind of people and against another to achieve a forced diversity, however, that policy is racist, pure and simple.
Our immigration policy is now a mess. Hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants sneak across our borders every year. Many of them are criminals, and some are terrorists or their dedicated supporters. Millions of illegal immigrants now live free in the U. S. and will become legal under a proposed amnesty program meant to garner Hispanic votes. In short, we have a lot of outsiders in this country, too many of them undesirable.
We have to begin somewhere to restore balance and sanity to our immigration policy. Every year, America grants asylum to some 70,000 refuges fleeing political oppression and physical danger. White farmers in Africa, especially Zimbabwe, suffer political oppression and physical danger. They are descendents of tough European immigrants themselves, but life in Africa has become too dangerous. Many have been detained, some have been murdered, and the rest have been terrorized by gangs of so-called “war veterans” that attack and take over white farms, many of which have been in families for generations. Zimbabwe president Robert Mugabe has ordered white farmers to abandon their farms or suffer arrest and detention or worse. He has encouraged his relatives and supporters to seize thousands of white farms, and even condoned the murder of white farmers to terrorize whites into abandoning their property. When American Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan visited Zimbabwe, he enthusiastically endorsed Mugabe's racist policies.
Martin Olds was just one of many white farmers murdered in Zimbabwe. A gang of 120 “war veterans” too young to have been veterans in any war piled out of a fleet of minibuses and attacked his farm. Olds frantically called police, but no help arrived. Another gang of savages months later murdered his mother. BBC reported: “Mrs. Olds died in a hail of bullets as men with automatic weapons opened fire as she came to her gate. She attempted to crawl to safety but the gunmen forced the gate and fired more shots at her where she lay.”
It is no longer safe for white Zimbabweans to remain in a country where, because of the color of their skin, they´ve been told they can´t own land and are in danger of attack or murder if they remain. Britain, the previous ruler of Zimbabwe when it was Southern Rhodesia, recognizes death squads and other terror groups as grounds for refugee status, so hopefully it considers a gang of 120 savages a death squad. What was it otherwise, a military reunion?
Some 70,000 refugees arrive in Britain each year, virtually all from Third World countries. Some stay as long as five years and receive welfare benefits while they wait for a ruling. Britain awarded refugee status to arriving Afghans because of Taliban rule. It doesn´t take a rocket scientist to figure out that a white farmer in Zimbabwe is in more danger than an Afghan citizen in Afghanistan, even under a Taliban government.
Simon Heffer of The London Telegraph wrote:
“Were a white-ruled country to be behaving towards a black minority in the way that black-ruled Zimbabwe behaves towards its white one, Mr. Straw [British Home Secretary] would be grandstanding about it, staging sanctimonious fits of self-righteous apoplexy. However, such the Government's post-imperial guilt that a black ruler like Mugabe can do as he likes.”;
The United States hosts some 325,000 asylum seekers and refugees, according to the U. S. Committee for Refugees. The U. S. State Department defines a refugee and asylum seeker as “a person who has fled his or her country of origin because of a well-founded fear of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group.” The race category obviously applies to Zimbabwe´s white farmers. White farmers in Namibia and South Africa are also under siege from savages and despots who want to emulate Zimbabwe´s policies.
The US allows a quota of 22,000 refugees from Africa. Want to guess how few of them are African whites? The US allows 17,000 refugees from the former Soviet Union. Is it any wonder we have a Russian Mafia problem in some cities? Why not take a few from that category and allow in honest African whites? Maybe they´ll take the place of some Marxist Mafioso.
The United States should grant political asylum to Africa´s white farmers and workers and their families based on the State Department definition of a refugee as “a person who has fled his or her country of origin because of a well-founded fear of persecution based on race.” Let the other Africans handle the mess that´s left there under the many despots in the region. If we´re going to allow so many legal and illegal immigrants into America to stay, we should also welcome the hard-working, honest white Africans and their families. Let our welcome also mark the beginning of a reform of our skewed immigration policy
The blacks get rhodesia and their political goals. The whites don't get murdered. We pick up productive citizens.
And let the chips fall where they may.
But only those able to be self-sufficient, no welfare for them like we give to the Russians, Somalis, Mexicans, Chinese etc.
