“If we have proof of nuclear and biological weapons, why don’t we show that proof to the world — as President Kennedy did 40 years ago when he sent Adlai Stevenson to the United Nations to show the world U.S. photographs of offensive missiles in Cuba,”

The Dems know that there is no such proof, so there's no disadvantage to saying this. They know Bush has no ace to lay out.

Also the world has changed in 40 years, Ratfaces. Today's sophisticated intelligence potentially reveals too much about sources and methods. Enemies such as Saddam have better means of deception and denial and, given enough information about what we know, better ability to take action.

This is not about photos taken by a first generation spy plane or whatever.
