"David Kay says the info that Blix came out with on those longer range missiles just cemented the case. According to Kay, there's only one thing that could make those missiles useful tactically, and that's some sort of bio or chem weapon in the warheads. Case closed." I missed that but had seen David Kay earlier in the day, discussing what happened at the UN.
Just a few minutes ago on MSNBC with Lester Holt:
Richard Butler says the evidence is overwhelming that Iraq has hidden weapons, that it's amazing people keep saying they haven't seen it, that they need more proof.
Butler quotes Elbaradei: Elbaradei says it may be that it doesn't exist, or it just wasn't there the day of the inspection....and he's speaking of nuclear weapons being moved to hide them from inspectors.
Butler says, "there are continuing reports that Saddam continued his nuclear program after 1998". Butler says of Elbaradei, he knows what Iraq has allowed him to see is not enough".
Butler says, he's struck at how Iraq keeps hanging in there on chemical weapons, not giving them up to the inspectors when they know this is going to cause a war. Butler says we should concentrate on finding VX..the most lethal...Butler says, "I don't see any movement on Iraq's part to come clean" .."
Connecting Butler's statement to your quote from David Kay, on Saddam's missles: Richard Butler said "....the most striking part of the report is what Iraq is doing on missles." Unfortunately and typically, immediately after Richard Butler said this, Holt ended the segment without follow-up.
Holt with retired general Wayne Downing in Kuwait: Downing said on today's UN report: "they've got all those weapons somewhere. The US expects to see chemicals used against them, and against the civilians as well". No doubt in Downing's mind that the inspectors haven't found what he knows is there. Downing definitely believes Iraq has snockered the inspectors."

Watch Scottie's look turn all misty and nostalgic when the subject turns to that children's rape camp he visited in Baghdad . Those were the days, eh Scottie? Who would have thought waging peace would have fringe benefits like that?
To: Wait4Truth
Now that I have Fox News Channel, I can find no reason, what so ever, to watch PMSNBC!

...but caught a few of Buchanan's. He didn't even mention Ritter's arrest. He just gave Scotty a platform to spew....This makes me very suspicious.
Why on earth would anybody give a sick pedophile like Ritter a platform for anything?
Maybe Buchanan has had a few pedophile dalliances himself and he has been told by somebody he better "play ball"? That's the only possible rationale I can think of....
To: DoughtyOne
Before it was known that Ritter was a pedophile, it was not surprising for him to show up from time to time on various political roundtables. He was a contrarian - - a carnival freak. He was a handy counterpoint to conventional wisdom. It's all about ratings, after all.
But since it has become known that Ritter trolls the internet for young girls to watch him jerk off in fast food restaurant parking lots, the idea that he should show up on TV and be given an opportunity to discuss anything of a remotely serious nature is disgraceful. Press is a scumbag, so who cares what he says or does. But for Buchanan there is absolutely no excuse. I have completely lost any respect for him. How utterly disappointing.
Buh-bye, Pat. Have a nice trip down the toilet with your pedophile buddy.
To: Lancey Howard
Who is Pat Buchanan? I've heard of the name, I think. Running back, Washington State?

To: Lancey Howard
There are times when Pat acts totally clueless regarding certain subjects. I don't think he was up to speed on Ritter's case. But I was ticked off about it too. I agree that Ritter shouldn't be on television any longer, and I would have liked to see Pat slam him.
To: bmwcyle
This is the funniest and most accurate parody I have seen in a while. This is Limbaughesqe-- I laughed so hard I nearly died. Keep em coming.
