I respectfully disagree. Snow has changed. As another freeper said, maybe he does not have the White House access he wants and is mad. I don't know the reasons for the change in him but he is not the same Tony Snow that he used to be. Last week, other freepers were making similar comments about him.
Hume correctly and spiritedly says that "These people are not supporting what they signed up for."
Especially on the federal contracts- set asides- and when he was Secty of Transportation. Card essentially said we have bigger things to worry about-- War, etc... While technically right, and politically smart, as a Conservative I am sick of mushy mouthed answers- and policy - like this.
The Michigan case brief was just last week for goodness sake, and Russert has a point about the whole range of "Affirmative Action" in the federal government. Card essentially confirmed what we know already-- Bush doesn't want a bigger fight on the whole issue.. other than let's get the Appeals Court/ SCOTUS justices in and it will take care of itself then. Meanwhile let the Adarands of the country continue to be discriminated against. sarc
