If the U.S. had attacked the Japanese fleet in the Pacific days before Pearl Harbor, the peaceniks and socialists (there were a lot of them back then too) would have been all over FDR, painting him as a warmongering cowboy.
This president is not willing to wait for an Iraqi form of "Pearl Harbor." Can't say I blame him.

And just hours after Tony Blair said the UN should be "given time" to continue inspections,... Is this true??? When (and why) did Blair say this?
