If what this FReeper's sister-in-law told her is true, then in all probability Amber also told the police this information, and I wouldn't be surprised if the police don't want the information to be public.

Uhhh, something seems to be amiss with this statement and raises the question, WHEN did Ms Frey discover that SP was married?.

If SP made that call to Ms. Frey BEFORE Christmas, that seems to negate her statement that she did not know SP was married. As stated at the press conference Friday night, she notified MPD on Dec. 30th. Hmmmm.

I was at the press conference and she came across as very believable. I watched her later on the late night news. It was not an act she presented at the news conference.

I think we are on to something here.

I too have a friend in Modesto who knows Scott and she tells a story about Scott calling her brother in a most urgent manner asking for help. She says her brother will not tell her any details but that he is 'freaked'.

I think most everone in CA is 'freaked' but this is different or so she says.

Well, which is it? Did Amber see Scott's pix on TV and call the MPD asking WHY, or did he confess his marriage and the death of his wife to her? Can't have it both ways.
