Laci's mom on the Abrams report? Shoot, my TV's have been hijacked! Let me know what they say about the case, okay?
Thanks in advance!

Sharon Rocha said that Laci and Scott was suppose to be at their house at 6p.m. on Dec.24.
What time did Scott say he returned home from fishing?

Mrs. Rocha said that Scott will not answer any of their questions.
She thinks that Amber was very brave coming forth with info.
Abrams asked Mrs. Rocha what questions she would like to ask Scott. She said she would not like to go into them at this time.
Mrs. Rocha has spoken to Mrs. Peterson and said that Mrs. Peterson was just as shocked and are heartbroken. She said the Peterson parents really love Laci and want her back too.
Mrs. Rocha said she did not get the feeling that the Peterson's were questioning Scott.

Also, where are her house keys? In her purse, found in the home, or missing with her.
Does she leave her house unlocked while walking the dog.

Thanks for the rundown!
Later this evening I caught Greta Van Susteren's show. She was talking to a reporter from the Bay Area, funny thing, I think his name was Henry Lee--but not THE Henry Lee, of course. She started asking him about the parking cards or receipts from the Berkeley Marina boat launch parking lot. She went over how they are sold by a machine, and she and the reporter agreed that the little cards had both the date and the time stamped on them.
I was waiting, on the edge of my seat, saying, "Greta, ask him if he knows what the time was on the parking receipt SCOTT presented to the police!"
As usual, it was never asked. Some say that the time stamped on Scott's parking receipt was 11:59. Others think that's a misperception. I wish I knew what the time was that was stamped on HIS particular parking receipt!

Early in this case, Geraldo went to Modesto and to Berkeley to the marina. When he was featured on Fox, showing his ticket, I'm recalling:
In small letters, the time/date of the ticket purchase is listed on the ticket. In large/larger letters, the expiration time/date of the ticket is listed.
All tickets expire at 11:59pm on the day they are issued.
This 11:59 reference continues to surface, but I believe that it refers to the time the ticket expires.

You're right. 11:59 p.m. is stamped on each ticket. So that number isn't what would tell us the time the person parked.
As I said, I'd love to know what particular time was stamped on Scott's ticket. But it occurs to me that the police are deliberately holding that information close, b/c it will cut down on the number of fabricated "Scott sightings" from so-called witnesses.
For example, if/when Scott brings forth these supposed 3 witnesses who saw him at the marina (that is what Scott's brother Don Chapman alleged in a TV phone-in interview), if those people's times don't at least approximate the time that's actually stamped on Scott's ticket, the police will know that someone is lying or is mistaken.

"But letting the dog run loose,...oh no, that is a genius touch that only Moriarity could perpetrate on Holmes"
I haven't figured out if sp wanted the dog to be found outside with its leash as a backup to his story.....he could have purposefully let the dog out, hoping it would be lost in the park to make Laci's abduction from the park seem real....so....
can you imagine his panic when he found that the kindly neighbor lady put the dog back!!!!!
kind of like a scene from Hitchkock..."frenzy"

My understanding was they were in her purse in the home. All signs that I know of point to her not taking the dog for a walk that day.

I keep thinking the same; he purposefully released the dog with the leash on it to make people think she had been abducted in the park.
