Lars Larson is a good guy, and NRA member. I went to our NRA banquet, and Lars was guest speaker. He quoted PJ O'Rourke, who once said, "We might need our guns to shoot Democrats, it happened before, in 1812."(rough quote)
Lars is also a friend of Nugent, I believe, as is El Rushbo.
Nugent was pretty wild as everybody knows. But he's mellowed with age, and is a good family guy, father and husband. He was once offered drugs by Jimmy Hendrix. Ted turned him down, and told his band members he would can them if he caught them high. Jimmy Hendrix shoulda' listened to Ted...
