maybe he was introduced as "available," which, in her mind of course, would mean single.

Or it could have ment divorced or separated? Of course this is just a theory of mine, but it might be she saw him, thought he was attractive, and asked maybe a mutual friend or aquaintance if he was married.

BTW, when do people use the word, "UNMARRIED"? Does that mean or imply that he USED TO BE and now is in the "UN" catagory??

I don't think I've ever heard that word before...Unmarried.

I believe unmarried legally means divorced....but don't put that one in the bank...I could be wrong! : )

I just saw a replay of Amber and she said "I was introduced to Scott as UNMARRIED, then paused, looked down at her notes and read,"Scott said he was not married" almost as to correct her first statement. It reminded me of that famous line, " I DID NOT HAVE SEXUAL RELATIONS WITH THAT WOMEN, Mss LEWDWHISKEY"
