Are you implying that something was wrong with her end of the relationship?

Certainly you jest, you mean you don't know she's the biggest slut in the world, having sex with someone she wasn't married to first. (This seems to be the way some posters here view this woman although many of them seem to forget that Scott was the married one, screwing about with probably more than just Amber.)

Sorry to jump back in, butI don't think it's defending Scott the scumbag to point out that banging strangers is inconsistent with the duty to protect your kids.

Children of single mothers are many, many times more likely to be physically abused, sexually abused, or murdered than the children of single fathers or married parents.

The usual culprit is the boyfriend.

Now, without an extensive digression on this ever-popular topic, I would observe that the only way we are going to improve the situation for these vulnerable children is for their mothers to begin to exercise better judgement.

One way for this to occur is to re-establish the notion that, if you have small children, banging strangers is shameful and dangerous.

This young woman is a perfect example of the foregoing principle, which is why some of us are resisting her canonization.
