I also heard that MSNBC said there MAY be a statement family this morning. But then I also heard that they may refrain from speaking due to legal considerations.

I think last night Laci's family were going to issue a statement in response to Amber Frey's statement, but I don't think they did. Plus I heard, the Peterson family, or Scott himself was going to issue a statement after the police press conference, but nothing ever came of that, either.

I saw Dan Abrams on MSNBC last night immediately after Amber's press conference, saying "Within the last three minutes, I have spoken with a member of the Peterson family and they are crafting a response to these two press conferences and will release it tonight."

They must be having "some" discussion, huh?
